These Terms and Conditions apply to all products, custom orders, rentals, and services provided by BeyondMasonJars-N- Decor.
We reserve the right to update or change these Terms at any time. Updated versions will be posted with a new “Last Updated: December 20, 2025"
2. Orders & Custom Requests:
All orders must be paid in full before production begins.
Custom or personalized orders (including names, dates, photos, colors, etc.) cannot be changed once production starts.
Customers are responsible for reviewing spelling, colors, and details before final approval.
3. Processing Time:
Processing times vary depending on the product and order size. Estimated completion dates will be provided when the order is placed.
Delays may occur during peak seasons, holidays, or due to supply issues.
4. Shipping, Delivery & Pickup:
We offer shipping, local delivery, and/or pickup depending on your location and options.
Once an order is handed to the carrier or picked up, we are not responsible for lost, damaged, or delayed packages.
Customers must provide accurate addresses and contact information.
5. Refunds, Returns & Exchanges:
Standard Products:
Refunds or exchanges may be accepted within 1-2 days if the item is unused and in original condition.
Custom or Personalized Products:
No refunds, returns, or exchanges on personalized or custom-made items unless there is an error made by us.
Rental Items :
A rental agreement may be required.
Damaged, lost, or unreturned items will result in additional charges.
6. Cancellations:
Standard orders may be canceled within 1hours of purchase.
Custom orders cannot be canceled once work has started.
Rush orders are non-refundable.
7. Payments:

8. Product Photos & Marketing:
We may use photos of completed products for marketing, advertising, or portfolio use unless you request otherwise in writing.

Allergies or reactions to materials used.
Damage caused by misuse of products.
Delays beyond our control (shipping carriers, weather, vendor delays).
Our total liability will not exceed the amount paid for your order.

2. Personalized Details:
