All orders must be paid in full before production begins.

3. Processing Time

Processing times vary depending on the product and order size. Estimated completion dates will be provided when the order is placed.

Delays may occur during peak seasons, holidays, or due to supply issues.

4. Shipping, Delivery & Pickup

Once an order is handed to the carrier or picked up, we are not responsible for lost, damaged, or delayed packages.

1. All Sales on Custom or Personalized Items Are Final

Due to the nature of custom work, we do not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges on any personalized or made-to-order products, including items with:

  • Names
  • Dates
  • Photos
  • Custom colors
  • Personalized details

If the mistake is made by us, we will correct or replace the item at no additional cost.

2. Returns for Non-Custom Items

For standard (non-personalized) items, returns may be accepted under the following conditions:

  • The item must be unused and in original condition.
  • Return requests must be made within 1-2 days of receiving the product.
  • The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Refunds will be issued once the product is returned and inspected.

3. Damage or Issues

If your item arrives damaged, incorrect, or defective, you must contact us within 48 hours with:

  • Order number
  • Photos of the issue

We will review your claim and provide a replacement or solution.

4. Shipping & Delivery Issues

  • Lost packages
  • Delayed deliveries
  • Incorrect addresses provided by the customer

Once the package is scanned by the carrier, responsibility transfers to the shipping company.
